This climber is absolutely the best on the market. Ive owned Ameristeps and Lone Wolfs that could not compare to this one. This is by far the quietest climber I have ever owned. Great job from a great company.

Ive had this stand over a year, it works well, just a little heavy, wish it were aluminum. Also the pins can be a little noisy when getting it locked on the tree. Other than that I enjoyed the stand.

The Gorilla Greyback was my very first climbing treestand purchase. Prior to this purchase I fumbled around prior to the season looking for spots to setup a ladderstand or just didn't hunt a particluar spot because I could not leave the stand there permanently. I purchased the Greyback to expand my hunting areas. This stand I found to be simple to setup and utilize. For me being able to sit and climb makes the experience more enjoyable and less tiring. The attached gear bags make it easier to carry and store the extra gear needed to hunt from a treestand, without the extra pack needed otherwise. I will use this stand for years to come, and will probably never go back to ladderstands again.

I just unpacked and climbed a tree with this stand. I've used Old Man stands for many years but this was my first Gorilla stand. Overall the stand is extremely high quality but takes a bit of set up getting the straps all adjusted and tucked away. My only serious problem with this stand are the cheap D-ring pins. Those were a big surprise given the quality of the rest of the stand. It's almost like they ran out of the "real" ones and stuffed these in because they were all they could find. I'll be replacing these with better made pins from tractor supply ASAP. The included pins just don't look or feel safe to me... My only other nit was that the instructions were a bit unclear at times and at one point they tell you how to adjust the strap between the upper and lower sections... except, that strap doesn't have an adjustment. Neat! Still, a supremely well made stand and one that I think will last for a long time. Feeling good about the purchase.
