Bought this stand yesterday got it in the woods and attached to the tree just before noon. At 2:30 I got my first buck of the season an 8 pointer with an awesome rack less than 10 yards from the tree I was in. The stand provides room to stand up and stretch without any creaking or popping. The deer never knew I was there. I love the stand and am happy I bought it. Thanks for the product Jamie Cleaton Tennessee

A well thought out design that is build to hunt. I have several different brands of hang on stands and for the money the King Kong HX is the best value I could find. It hangs very easy and their quiet once hung solid on a tree. The King Kong HX is comparable to my Lone Wolf Alpha for less than half the cost. Thank you, DT

the reason i am giving this model three stars is issues with the seat and the hanging strap. the older king kong model of about five years ago had a better seat cushion. it had a pocket for receiving the seat support and was wider and longer. as a result, it stayed in place and was much more comfortable. the strap of the older king kong model had a hook on each end as opposed to only the one hook of the current model. with two hooks, the stand is easier to place and take down. i do like the single post design and the strength of the stand.

Only thing its a little to heavy, but its a good stand. Dicks has them for 89.99 on sale. If they go down to 79.99 i will get another one.

This is the best value I've seen in a hang on stand. It's easy to hang and if you follow the instructions it's very solid on the tree. I like the cinch strap in comparison to a ratchet strap because it's quiet. The seat is very comfortable and the platform is very roomy. This is the best value you'll find in a hang on stand.
